Justin is the chef and owner of Perch located on Preston Street in central Ottawa. With an emphasis on ethical farming practices, sustainability and connection, Justin creates exquisite dining experiences for his guests.
David Godsoe
David, who is executive chef of the E18hteen Hospitality Group, is a special friend of the Shepherds of Good Hope and a champion of Canadian cuisine. As well as leading the kitchens of five of the most respected restaurants in town, David offers in-home dining experiences through his own company, DG Cuisine.
